This policy explains what personal data DevMarkLab collects when you visit devmarklab.com or talk to us, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We've kept it as plain as a legal page can be.
DevMarkLab is a growth marketing agency for developer-focused SaaS, run as a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, India. DevMarkLab is responsible for the personal data collected through this website (the "data controller" under GDPR and the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

When you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, the website that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location at country or city level. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance.
We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal data, so please don't send it through the contact form.
We don't sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on consent for analytics cookies, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries you send us and running our business, and contract for delivering services you've engaged us for. In India, we process personal data with your consent or for the legitimate uses allowed under the DPDP Act, 2023.
We share data only with providers that help us run the site and the business, and only what they need to do their job.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Hostinger | Website hosting and server logs |
| Business email (Workspace), website analytics (Analytics 4, Tag Manager) | |
| Brevo | Delivering contact form notification emails to our team |
| Calendly | Scheduling calls, if you book one |
| YouTube | Video testimonials embedded on our Case Studies page |
Contact form submissions are emailed to our team. They aren't stored in a database on this website. We may also disclose data if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights. We don't share it with anyone else.
Some of our providers store or process data outside India, including in the United States and the EU. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies when you play them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site still works without them.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
Email connect@devmarklab.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority or, in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.
You can raise any concern about your personal data with our Grievance Officer: Divanshu Khatter, Founder, at connect@devmarklab.com or the address above.
We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to our business accounts, and work with reputable providers to protect your data. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep yours safe.
This site and our services are meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Our blog links to third-party websites and tools. They have their own privacy practices, so check their policies before sharing data with them.
We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
